Saetta's AI drafts replies and summarizes tickets. If an AI output was wrong, inappropriate or harmful, tell us.
How to report
Email support@saetta.io with the subject “AI content report” and include:
- Where it happened (Teams or Outlook) and the HaloPSA ticket number.
- What the AI produced. A screenshot is ideal.
- What was wrong with it.
We review every report and use it to improve Saetta's prompts and safeguards. We never use your data to train AI models.
AI drafts are suggestions. Review them before sending to a customer. Nothing the AI writes is sent until a technician chooses to send it.
