Customers who need a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for GDPR, UK GDPR or US state privacy laws can sign ours.

Our DPA covers:

• Vesuvio Labs' role as processor of your Customer Data, acting only on your instructions.
• Confidentiality, security measures and breach notification.
• Our named list of subprocessors, and advance notice before we add a new one.
• Help with data-subject requests, and deletion or return of data when the service ends.
• International transfer terms where applicable.
